The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and landing the sales and marketing activities to achieve our ambitious plans for the growth of PG Online. This would encompass sales and marketing across all of our channels, including direct sales, 3rd party channel sales, UK and International sales.
You will be part of a multi-skilled and hardworking and collaborative environment. We are still a small start-up, so there is never a dull moment and the way in which you can develop yourself and your career is limited only by your imagination.
Key areas of responsibility
Develop and Own the Sales and Marketing Plan – so that we have a clear plan to achieve our ambitious targets, through digital and traditional channels
Deliver financial results – turn the plan into activities which drive sales
Develop a class-leading sales team – lead and build further the team
Develop a class-leading marketing team – create and build the team
Drive customer understanding to improve products and plans – networking widely in the sector, listening to and collecting feedback to help us to do more and better
Public Relations – Develop and drive plans to raise our profile and win awards for doing great work

Relevant degree or equivalent education / experience

Salary circa. £70k plus equity potential.
