Trigger Press is an up-and-coming, independent publisher, wholly dedicated to mental health. We publish easy-to-read self-help books under the Pulling the Trigger brand, and remarkable stories of recovery from mental illness in our Inspirational book series. We aim to support individuals going through their own mental health difficulties, but also aim to help destigmatize mental health and improve public understanding. Trigger Press and The Shaw Mind Foundation have a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive. We need someone to join our amazing team in Newark, to help us share our story and spread the word about our fantastic publishing, our life-changing books and equally the vital work of the Shaw Mind Foundation, our mental health charity.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work on our innovative and empowering range of non-fiction books on mental health. We’re seeking a social media professional who understands the importance of brand, can inspire new followers of our work and build a community around our mental health activities. As a confident team player with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, you’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy across both the publishing and charity units. In addition, working with our PR team, you’ll liaise directly with our courageous authors and remarkable volunteers to generate maximum exposure for our books and activities of The Shaw Mind Foundation.
