Hay House UK Ltd, publisher of health, personal development and mind, body and spirit books, products and online courses, is seeking an organised and efficient Receptionist/Publishing Assistant for its London office.
Duties will include general administration and organisation of the office, liaising with clients and authors, customer care support, taking product and event orders, working as part of the live events team, writing basic press releases and assisting with review copy send outs, attending relevant press meetings, and maintaining stock and stationery orders. Additionally, the role contains editorial responsibilities, and will involve evaluating and responding to unsolicited submissions, and supporting the editorial team.
Reporting to the Communications Director, you will be meticulously organised and enjoy working as part of a dynamic and creative team.
This role is a 10-month maternity cover position.
