A proven track record for going the extra mile to secure deals on behalf of authors.
Familiarity with rights management systems, and an interest in and ideas about pursuing the use of technology to develop your sales productivity.

Experience across as full a range of sub-rights as possible. US sales experience an advantage.

An accomplished networker and sales person who is as happy talking ‘literary voice’ as unit costs, negotiating deal points and drawing up contracts.

Someone with ambition to develop your career upwards in a rapid growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Happy in a diverse team environment that includes a range of backgrounds, experiences and specialisms.
