Job Title:Online Key Account Executive
Reports to:Head of Online Sales, Children’s and Adult
Department(s): UK Sales

Purpose of the Role:
As part of the UK Online Sales team you will be working on the UK online and digital accounts by supporting the Head of Online Sales, Children’s and Adult on all the major accounts and leading on some of your own accounts. Using your analytical skills you will help the online sales grow. You will be the main metadata champion and work closely with other departments to promote best practice. This is an exciting and dynamic role and would be a great opportunity for someone to learn more about digital publishing in an exciting and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

•Assist on all online/digital accounts administration
•Champion metadata internally by being the main point of contact and working on ad hoc projects
•Keep records of sales data and compile data for regular reports to share internally
•Circulate new release grids and publicity and marketing campaigns to online/digital mailing lists
•Provide support for regular and ad hoc business analysis including Internal Business Reviews
•Prepare customer presentations
•Manage digital library aggregator accounts and some online accounts

Skills and Experience:
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent numerical skills
•Organised and able to deal with multiple deadlines
•Flexible and quick to adapt
•Working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
•Good communication skills
•Comfortable with system such as Biblio, Nielsen, Cognos and Vista
•Have initiative to solve problems

The role is a full-time permanent position, based at our main office in the heart of London’s west end, 50 Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3DP.
