About the Job
Carl-Johan Forssén Ehrlin is the NY Times best-selling author of The Rabbit Who Wants To Fall Asleep. The book has been a global success, selling over 3 million copies in 47 languages worldwide, and has been followed up by the sequels The Little Elephant Who Wants To Fall Asleep and The Tractor Who Wants To Fall Asleep. Carl-Johan's latest book, Brave Morris - A Week Upside Down, has already topped Amazon's charts in Japan and looks to be a huge success globally. Following the success of his books, Carl-Johan established Ehrlin Publishing, a small Sweden-based publishing house specialising in books in the self-help category. The company publishes Swedish language books through its local distribution network and also publishes translated titles in the English language through Ingram's Global Connect network
Ehrlin Publishing is seeking to employ the services of a professional, dedicated and structured foreign rights consultant to take control of Carl-Johan's global contracts, identify run-out dates, negotiate renewals, identify new sales channels and negotiate new contracts for current and future titles. There is also the potential to extend the remit to also manage the foreign rights of other authors assigned to Ehrlin Publishing.
