About the Job

Edinburgh University Press is a thriving academic publisher of books and journals with an emphasis on the Humanities and Social Sciences. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join the team at our Edinburgh office.
The successful applicant will carry out supportive marketing activities, including preparing review plans, approving inspection copy requests, creating flyers, and author care. In addition, you will be responsible for researching promotional opportunities at conferences, updating website content and contributing to social media.
You will have some demonstrable administrative experience, an excellent eye for detail and experience of InDesign. Good customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a busy environment.
