1 How can you support IPG members?

BDS helps publishers get their title information in front of leading retailers, wholesalers, libraries and library suppliers; both here in the UK and internationally. We also design and develop websites for publishers of all sizes, including those as diverse as Lion Hudson, Yale University Press, Eurospan and Melia.

2 What is your favourite thing about being part of IPG Conferences?

Learning new and innovative things that publishers are doing to help their business flourish. The networking is also second to none and the sessions are often thought-provoking and professionally presented.

3 Can you share one top tip for independent publishers to improve their business?

Don’t ignore your metadata! It’s the oil that keeps the machinery of publishing working. Done well, it’ll help you sell more books to more consumers.
