1 What is your company called, and what services or products do you offer?

Unimaginatively, Martin Tripp Associates (MTA). We offer executive search services for senior appointments across the media space.

2 What opportunities and challenges can you help IPG members with?

The publishing world is changing incredibly quickly. We work with business leaders to pinpoint and understand the challenges their businesses face, and then identify and recruit candidates who can overcome those obstacles, whether technical, commercial, financial, or content-focussed. Our incredibly thorough methodology means that we give our clients a genuine choice of the best people in the market. We had a 96% success rate last year, and are proud of the difference we have made to our clients.

3 What are you looking forward to at the Annual Spring Conference?

To really getting to know more of the members and find out if or how we might help them in the future. I have been to two IPG events before and there have been some fascinating insights. I look forward to learning more.
