1 How can you support IPG members?

We offer the opportunity for all IPG members to stock their entire range at our distribution centre, ready to be made available to all our customers for next-day delivery.
The expansion of our headquarters in 2018 gave us 40% more capacity, and we have over 15,000 customers who trade in every channel and country, supplying consumers or institutions in a variety of ways. We provide the range and speed that retailers need, supplying books quickly and efficiently to meet consumers’ demands.

2 What are you looking forward to most about the IPG Spring Conference?

We are all looking forward to participating once again in a dynamic, informative and thought-provoking Conference programme. It will also be good to meeting existing partners and establish new relationships in a relaxed, informal manner.

3 Can you share one top tip for independent publishers to improve their business?

Other than having a proactive working relationship with Gardners, we would suggest that independent publishers embrace social media as a shop window to help maximise end-consumer sales.
