Meet the Innovators at The London Book Fair
We are delighted to be hosting a new initiative at our collective stand at this year’s London Book Fair called Meet the Innovators. A select group of forward-thinking companies will be joining us to showcase their products and services, and will be available to meet with IPG members to discuss their needs in pre-booked slots.
We have ten innovators for you to meet.
Bibliocloud is an all-in-one, cloud-based title management system. Bibliocloud manages your metadata superbly -- but it's a lot more than just an ONIX system. Acquisition, rights, royalties, production (including printer scales), Gantt chart scheduling, catalogues, AIs, Shopify integration, a beautiful API and more, all for just £50/user/month. Visit its website.
BooksoniX cloud-based publishing management service automates and streamlines ONIX data delivery to multiple recipients. Create your own central bibliographic database - available 24/7 worldwide. Instantly produces AI sheets, catalogues, price lists, etc from templates. Track your foreign rights, contacts and production work-flow scheduling. Optional integrated website/bookshop and royalties module available. Visit the BooksoniX website
Cambridge Publishing Solutions is the company behind Futureproofs, an on-screen book proofing package. It offers intuitive mark-up, easy collaboration across teams, and real-time summaries of progress on projects. Visit its website.
EMC Design is a design agency that works across international trade, education and ELT publishing. It handles projects of all scales and complexities, and offers high-end design across multi-component projects incorporating both print and digital material. Visit its website.
Giant Chair is a US-based metadata specialist that helps publishers create, manage and share their book catalogue information. Its main platform is Onixsuite, a cloud-based system that helps make companies compliant with the latest ONIX standards and increase their ecommerce. Visit its website.
Inkubate is the publishing industry's first professional social B2B network for creative collaboration. Inkubate provides search, discovery, and content organization tools for publishers, agents and editors to securely and privately communicate with thousands of writers. Publishing professionals can review bios, unpublished manuscripts, and begin to work with writers totally free of charge. Visit Inkubate's website.
NSW Consulting helps publishers commercially launch their eBooks with retailers and aggregators in trade and library markets around the world. NSW provides advice about potential partners, sales models and eBook formats, plus help with contractual negotiations, discoverability and metadata. Visit the NSW Consulting website.
Propagator helps publishers package up, distribute and monetise their content innovatively. It conceives and develops new and different formats, including digital services, content based products, apps and magazines that can either be sold or used to generate marketing or advertising revenue. It offers both a scalable, modular platform and end-to-end development services. Visit its website.
Raincoast produces Folio, a digital catalogue tool to improve publishers’ sales and marketing activities that will be launched at this year’s London Book Fair. It allows publishers to present, share and customise book lists for retail customers, both on and offline. Visit its website.
Stison is a software company that provides solutions for a wide range of publishing activities. It offers a Title Manager product to help publishers manage their bibliographic data, and further packages that coordinate production, websites, royalties, rights and e-book workflows. Visit its website.
