  The IPG is delighted to launch the 2010 Independent Publishing Awards with this invitation to enter. After three very successful years the awards are now firmly established as among the most prestigious in publishing, and we look forward to celebrating our fourth set of shortlists and winners in 2010.

How to Enter
• The Independent Publishing Awards are open to all independent publishers in the UK and Ireland. An independent publisher is defined as a company owned by one or more entrepreneurs or shareholders and that is not part of a larger enterprise or publicly quoted. Non IPG members are welcome to apply for the awards.

• Entries should cover the period from 1st October 2008 to 30th September 2009.

• Please submit using the official entry form by Friday 26th February 2010.

• You can enter as many categories as you like, but please complete a separate entry form for each. You can photocopy the form in this brochure, or download more forms at www.ipg.uk.com/awards.

• Please ensure that your entry:

  * Covers all the criteria outlined for your category in this brochure

* Includes as much information about your financial performance in the qualifying period as possible. All such material will be treated in the strictest confidence.

* Is accompanied by no more than two typed A4 pages of material outlining your achievements, plus three of your books published in the qualifying period
