IPG Shared Stand at London Book Fair 2010 - Stand numbers: J200 and J205 

London Book Fair 2010 takes place at Earls Court, London on the 19-21 April 2010.

We have frozen the cost of exhibiting with us
The cost of exhibiting with us next year will not increase. Exhibiting at the IPG stand offers excellent value and we anticipate being fully-booked early.

Our stand
We have secured the same, prominent, stand positions for 2010, very close to the main entrance and beside the main outer aisle. Our total space allocation is approximately 200 square metres. We will be taking the same design approach as previous years’ with access points on all sides of the stands to ensure all parts of it are easily accessible. Exhibitor space will run along the outer edges of the stands to ensure maximum visibility for displays. The interior of the larger stand will house a central reception point and general meeting table area. Stand plans from previous years are available on the IPG website for your information.
 
The benefits of exhibiting at the IPG stand
- We offer a cost-effective opportunity to have a strong presence at LBF, offering a good choice of stand space, according to your requirements. A comparison of our prices with the costs of exhibiting directly at LBF will show how favourable our prices are, especially taking into account all the 'add-ons'. Indeed, we also provide higher quality finishes and furnishings.
- The IPG stand attracts overseas agents, distributors and publishers looking to work with independent publishers.
- The IPG team will oversee the set up and break down of the stand.
- We staff the stand and provide a message-taking and advice service for the duration of the Book Fair. Our exhibitors have greater flexibility regarding the amount of time needed to be at the stand and the Fair.
- Stand sharers will receive an online listing throughout the year, providing a link to your company website and the opportunity to upload your own press releases.

Speed-dating with buyers for IPG members at London Book Fair 2010
The IPG works closely with LBF to organise 'speed-dating' appointment opportunities at the Fair with buyers from the major retailers (national and overseas), independent booksellers, wholesalers and library suppliers. These appointments will be offered to all IPG members who participate at the Fair. Further information will be circulated in due course.
 
We get booked-up early!
Please note that exhibiting at our stand is very popular with members. If you would like to exhibit with us at LBF 2010, please return your completed forms to me by fax or by post as soon as possible but no later than 31 October, 2009. If you are booking a 2 x 2 section or larger space, you may like to pay in two equal instalments. The first 50% will be due by the October booking deadline and the final 50% by the 15th of January 2010. An administration fee of £75 will be applied to each instalment. Do note that VAT may increase in January 2010.
